Bronwyn Walsh joined TOWER in April 2009 as Company Secretary & Compliance Manager. In July 2010 she was appointed a member of TOWER’s Group Executive team.
Bronwyn is Company Secretary for the TOWER Limited board and is responsible for investor relations, including maintaining and enhancing relations between the company, shareholders, regulators and the broader stakeholder community. She is also responsible for strategic oversight and management of the Legal and Group Risk & Compliance functions including brand management.
Bronwyn is a qualified lawyer, admitted to the High Court of New Zealand as a Barrister and Solicitor. Prior to joining TOWER, Bronwyn was an associate in the corporate advisory team of Russell McVeagh.
