TOWER Limited intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of shareholders on Thursday 10 February 2005 at the Ellerslie Convention Centre, Auckland at 10.00am. The Notice of Meeting will be sent to shareholders in late December 2004.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, TOWER advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 10 November 2004, and the closing date will be 20 December 2004. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to the Company Secretary, TOWER Limited, PO Box 352, Wellington or delivered to the registered office at 50-64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
