TOWER Finance Limited announced on 2 June 2004 that it was considering making a Capital Note offer to raise up to $80 million. It is proposed that the offer will open on 22 June 2004 and is expected to close on 20 July 2004.
TOWER Finance Limited now announces that the Capital Notes it proposes to issue will bear interest at the rate of 8.65% per annum, payable quarterly.
No money is currently being sought, and applications will only be accepted once subscribers have received an Investment Statement.
