Maurice Loomes resigns 

Maurice Loomes has, for personal reasons, resigned as a Director of TOWER Limited.  Mr Loomes has made a very valuable contribution to the Board since his appointment in October 2003 and TOWER has benefited from his insights and expertise.  A search process for a new Director has commenced.
