There's nothing worse than being stranded and with RoadWise, you don't have to be.


Over the years we've found that almost 45% of RoadWise call outs are for flat batteries1.

RoadWise is your 24-hour motor vehicle breakdown service. The service applies to the insured vehicle, so it doesn’t matter who is driving when the breakdown happens.

With RoadWise, assistance is just a phone call away, no matter what time of day or night it is.

All RoadWise operators are skilled technicians and mechanics. To access their help, phone 0800 24 24 02 and simply quote your vehicle registration number.

Features of RoadWise

  • Up to three free call outs a year with the option to add more, at your own expense, if needed
  • Nationwide service operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • If the RoadWise technician is not able to mobilise your vehicle they will arrange for towing to the nearest repairer
  • Delivery of emergency fuel (up to 5 litres) if your vehicle has run out and you are unable to get to a petrol station
  • RoadWise will fit your vehicle's spare tyre in the instance of your tyre being flat
  • If you find your battery is flat a RoadWise technician will jump-start your vehicle
  • Telephone support to provide advice in relation to your vehicle's operation
  • Connect your call through to family members, emergency contacts or business associates to notify them of possible delays, or alternatively the RoadWise assistant can notify them on your behalf
  • Assist in locating your closest repairer or service station

Become a RoadWise member

You can add RoadWise to your TOWER motor vehicle policy* for as little as $3.75 per month. To become a RoadWise member call us on 0800 379 372 any time between 8.00am and 8.00pm.
