TOWER Claim4Car™ app 

A smart way to start your car insurance claim.

 

Download hereIf you're involved in a car accident, knowing what information to collect at the scene can be stressful. That's why we created Claim4Car. It's an app that lets you preload details about your vehicle and any drivers, and then walks you through the key information you need for your insurance claim. You can then send the report to an email address, or if you're with TOWER, you can submit the information to start your claim from your iPhone. Easy.

 

Claim4Car is a free app that is currently available for download on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

 

With Claim4Car you can:

 

  • Create an optional passcode to keep your personal information secure
  • Preload vehicle and driver details so that you can create a report quickly if you are in an accident
  • Create incident reports for accidents, burnt or stolen vehicles
  • Call emergency numbers with a push of a button
  • Use your touch screen to indicate vehicle damage
  • Use GPS to show the location of the accident
  • Take photos of the damage using your iPhone's camera
  • Preview and send your report as a PDF to TOWER and / or any email address.

Start your car insurance claim with Claim4Car

If you're a TOWER car insurance customer, you can start your claim by sending the accident report directly to us from the app (simply select 'Send to TOWER' on the 'Report' page).  It means you can be confident that we have the information to start your car insurance claim. If we need any other information, we'll contact you.

Claim4Car is our free iPhone app that walks you through the information you need to collect in the event of an accident. TOWER car insurance customers can then submit an accident report and start their claim right from the app.

With Claim4Car you can preload details about your vehicle and any drivers, and in an accident, you can add the location, areas of damage to your car and relevant photos.  You can then send the report to an email address of your choice, or straight to us to start your claim.

The TOWER Claim4Car app is compatible with iPhone iPod touch and iPad. The application requires iOS 3.0 or later.

How do I remove an app from my device? view answer close
Touch and hold pressure on the app until they all start to wiggle, then tap the cross that appears. This will delete the app.
 
Or you can remove the app from your iTunes account by following the below steps.
  1. Select your device on the left side of the iTunes window
  2. Click the Applications tab
  3. Select Sync applications
  4. Click the Selected applications button
  5. Deselect the applications you wish to remove
  6. Click Apply.
