  • Guaranteed acceptance for New Zealand residents aged between 18 and 75

  • Arranging cover is easy as there are no medical exams or medical history required for people under 75 years

  • You can choose the benefit amount that best suits your needs and budget. The benefit amount is how much money your family will receive to help cover the costs of your funeral and other associated expenses. You can choose from a range of options

  • Option to cover the whole family, including your partner and all dependent children under 18 years, under the Family Plan. You can even add additional adults up to the age of 75, such as your parents, for an additional premium at a discounted rate

  • Benefit paid out fast, usually within 48 hours of receiving all necessary documentation so your family can access the funds quickly to cover your funeral expenses

  • Double payout if you die in an accident, which means if you selected a $15,000 benefit amount, the benefit amount payable to your family if you die as a result of an accident would be $30,000

  • Death from any cause covered after the first 24 months. During the first 24 months, we only cover you for accidental death. If you die of natural causes within the first 24 months, we will pay a refund of the total premiums paid

  • You can nominate a benefit recipient to receive your benefit amount. This can often help speed up the payment process. Or if you choose not to nominate a benefit recipient, the benefit amount will be paid to your estate
