Features of Maxi Protection House Insurance

  • Most houses are covered for full replacement to the area specified and with no limit to a sum insured value
  • Up to $25,000 for temporary accommodation expenses - so you'll feel at ease knowing that you will have somewhere to live if you have to move out of your home temporarily whilst it's being repaired or rebuilt
  • Up to $5,000 to repair the resulting damage from gradual damage to your house caused by a leaking internal water supply pipe or internal waste disposal pipe
  • Up to $1,000 (with no excess payable) to replace keys and locks if your house keys or remote door opener is stolen or illegally duplicated - helping to relieve your burglary worries
  • Up to $2,500 to replace your trees and shrubs damaged by a house fire or a vehicle crashing into your house
  • Up to $2,000 to temporarily secure your house while unoccupied following loss or damage - one less worry at a stressful time
