TOWER Provider Rental House Insurance insures landlords for:

• Up to $2,500 for gradual damage caused by a leaking internal water supply pipe or leaking internal waste disposal pipe
• Payment of up to 8 months' rent if the rental property is made uninhabitable while being tenanted
• Up to $2,000 to temporarily secure your rental property to prevent further loss or damage while it is unoccupied following loss or damage to the house
• Cover for damage to retaining walls and up to $2,500 for landscaping required as a result of fire or impact by a vehicle
• Legal liability cover up to $2,000,000 for the owner of the property and $100,000 cover for bodily injury
• Natural disaster cover

Landlords can choose from a range of Optional Special Benefits as part of their rental house insurance cover including:

• Up to $500 per week for up to 6 weeks for loss of rent if your tenant has been lawfully evicted for the non payment of rent or the house is uninhabitable due to deliberate damage done by your tenant
• Cover up to a sum of your choice to pay for repairing deliberate damage to your property by your tenant. An additional excess of $500 will apply
• Cover for your rental house while it is under construction or being structurally altered. An additional excess of $500 will apply
• Cover up to a sum of your choice for accidental loss or damage to your rental property's appliances, furniture and chattels.
