By entering this competition/promotion you agree to and accept all these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Terms and Conditions below of the relevant competition or promotion.
Multiple policy discounts exclude business, commercial vehicle, travel, health and life policies, GST, government levies and some Optional Special Benefits. Discount varies depending on total number/type of insurance policies with TOWER.
Policy terms, conditions and exclusions, and normal underwriting criteria apply.
Information on how to enter the promotion and all instructions appearing on TV, radio, printed material or websites will form part of the General Terms and Conditions for entry into these competitions and promotions. To the extent of any inconsistency in the information shown on the TV, printed material or websites, these General Terms and Conditions on www.tower.co.nz/terms will prevail.
Prizes/vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. In the event of unavailability of the stated prize/voucher, TOWER reserves the right to substitute another prize/voucher of similar value.
Acceptance of prizes/vouchers by the winners constitutes consent for TOWER to use the winners' details and photos for promotional and media publicity purposes without compensation.
Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correction of their personal information held by TOWER. Personal data will not be sold or passed onto third parties.

These offers are open to all New Zealand permanent residents. However TOWER employees, their immediate families and agencies associated with the promotions are ineligible to enter.
Terms & Conditions to qualify to receive an iPod™ Shuffle
To qualify to receive an iPod™ Shuffle you must take out and pay for either a TOWER Cover4Car™ Car Insurance Policy or a Cover4Health™ Health Insurance policy during the promotional period 00:01am 1 December 2011 – 23.59pm 15 December 2011. Policies taken out before or after this promotional period are ineligible. No other TOWER policies are eligible in this promotion.
Once TOWER receives payment for the policy, TOWER will supply instructions via email with a promotional code for use on http://www.NoelLeeming.co.nz for fulfilment of the iPod™ Shuffle. Stock and delivery is subject to availability. TOWER takes no responsibility for emails which bounce or are not received.
One iPod™ Shuffle will be provided per policy sold. Policies taken out jointly, by two or more people, or by an entity qualify for one iPod™ Shuffle.
TOWER shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered arising from or in connection with the draw or the prizes offered, sent, received, or used as part of this promotion.
TOWER reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches any of the terms and conditions.
No correspondence will be entered into.
