We are happy with tower for our other policies. But would really like to improve call waiting. A caller should have to wait over 5 minutes to talk to someone. That tells me you need more staff

Paul was lovely, because of the EQ I've been working remotely & had run out of data to look up the number for the breakdown service. He made me laugh when he said 'don't worry I have 20GB of data and still run out' This made me laugh and feel a lot better. Thanks :)
