If you have been affected by the recent storms, we hope you’re ok and please be assured that we’re here to help.
Once you’ve made sure you, your family and those around you are ok, you’ll want to consider your belongings. Don’t re-enter your property until you’ve been told it’s safe to do so. Once you’re able, take photos of any damage – they’ll help when we’re assessing your claim.
After you’ve taken photographs, and only if it’s safe to do so, you can remove any carpets, furniture, curtains and other belongings to prevent further damage to other items. Please check with us to see if it’s okay before throwing these and any other items away.
You can email us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. Put your claim number in the subject line, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
We're receiving a lot of calls because of the damage from the storms, so we apologise if it’s difficult to get in touch with us. You might find it easier to make your claim online. You can find the form here.
