Appointed: March 2019 

Jane is our General Manager of Claims & Operations who joined Tower during a period of change in early 2019. Her previous experience has been delivering customer experience and digital transformations across large service organisations and government agencies. During her nine years at ACC, Jane led operational teams responsible for thousands of customers interactions weekly and led strategic programmes of change that transformed how customers interacted with ACC.

Prior to her senior operational leadership roles, Jane led technology teams responsible for digital, data and information so has a good grounding in how future technologies can improve the outcomes for customers and an organisation.
