We're here for you and your pet when you need to make a claim. All you need is details of your pet and what you're claiming for, plus your vet invoice and any supporting documentation. You can make a claim for up to five pets at one time.

We understand that making a claim can be stressful. Here’s some information to help you understand the stages of your claim.
Making a claim
If you need to make a claim it's important to do this as soon as possible after treatment. Please supply all supporting documentation so we can process your claim promptly.
It’s a good idea to read your policy wording before claiming to make sure you're only claiming for items covered under your policy.
Assessing your claim
When you make a claim, we’ll get in contact to let you know what’s going to happen next.
We might also need to get further information from you, so we are able to better understand the situation and the best way to help.
Depending on the situation and if your claim is accepted, we will cover the amount being claimed less the 20% co-payment. Your policy wording has a section on co-payments and how they work if you need more information.
There are also sub-limits and a maximum amount we will pay per year for some claims. Payment will be made to the bank account nominated by you when you submitted the claim.
