How to repair water damage

Find out how experts assessed and repaired a customer's water-damaged house.

3 December 20201 min read

When it rains in New Zealand, it pours. And then it sometimes floods, and it’s becoming more and more common. But when it’s not the rain causing your house to flood, there can be other sudden water leaks that cause damage.

In this episode of Tower 101, we go behind the scenes into the repair of a water damaged house. Our customer’s daughter found water coming out of the light fittings in her bedroom caused by what turned out to be a leaking pipe in the kitchen.

Watch the video to see how our claim experts assessed the extent of the damage and how we got our customer’s house back to its previous condition.
