FinTel customer refund

FinTel customers who held more than one policy (at the same time) between 1 July 2003 and 1 October 2014 may be eligible for a refund. Due to a technical problem, multi-policy discounts were calculated incorrectly. We apologise for this error. We can confirm that this issue has been fixed and discounts are now calculated correctly.

If you were a FinTel customer who held multiple policies during this time, please fill in your details below and we’ll contact you within 15 working days to confirm your eligibility for a refund. If you’re eligible, you’ll then receive a refund of $25 per year or part year.
