Why have I been contacted by the Recoveries team?

Our client's version of events indicates that you were the responsible party in an incident. We are seeking to understand whether the cost of this claims sits with you or whether you have insurance that will cover this.

How can I find out how much I owe?

We have sent through all relevant invoices to either the email address or postal address we have on file for you.

You can also log into our online self-management portal to see your current debt total. Otherwise, you can call us on 0800 872 987 to discuss this matter with one of the team (Monday to Friday).

What do the recoveries team do?

We are responsible for recovering the claim costs incurred from incidents involving our client where a third party was at fault.

What do I do if I can't pay the debt in full?

We offer the ability to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly via automatic payments that can be agreed upon.

How can I make a payment?

Payments can be made directly to the bank account details included in our initial letter.

How can someone else handle this matter on my behalf?

Please contact 0800 872 987 or claims.recovery@tower.co.nz to authorise a specified person to have access to all information on the file.

I can't make the next payment - what can I do?

We understand that things come up. Contact us (see options above) as soon as you can, and we will do our best to work through a solution.

I've missed a payment - what should I do?

Please get in touch (contact options above) and we can work with you to update your payment arrangement so that you can get back on track.

How do I get confirmation of a payment?

Your balance will be up to date on the online self-management portal.

How do I get a confirmation in writing that my debt is paid in full?

If you require written confirmation for this, please get in touch (contact options above).
