If you're a Tower Insurance policyholder and need to make a claim, there are several ways you can start your claim and get it processed as quickly as possible

If you have been affected by the recent storms, we hope you’re ok and please be assured that we’re here to help.

What you need to do

Once you’ve made sure you, your family and those around you are ok, you’ll want to consider your belongings. Don’t re-enter your property until you’ve been told it’s safe to do so. Once you’re able, take photos of any damage – they’ll help when we’re assessing your claim.

After you’ve taken photographs, and only if it’s safe to do so, you can remove any carpets, furniture, curtains and other belongings to prevent further damage to other items. Please check with us to see if it’s okay before throwing these and any other items away.
