How do I change my shareholder information for the shares I own?

Please contact Computershare at their contact details above, or log in to their website. 

Your shareholder profile is available online here. 

To log in, you'll need your CSN or Holder Number and FIN. 

I want to receive Tower communications by email. How do I do this?

To receive your shareholder correspondence electronically, please contact Computershare via their details above, or log in to their website. 

Follow the same steps set out above to access your online profile. Once you're in, select 'My Profile' and click on 'Update' on the 'Communications Preferences' tile. 

Does signing up for electronic communications include annual reports?

Yes, you can update your communication preferences to receive all Tower communications by email. This includes annual reports, newsletters, and dividend statements. 

Our annual reports are also uploaded to our website under the 'Financial Reports' section when they are available. Tower aims to publish its Annual Report on its website no later than 31 December in each year.

If you're a shareholder and wish to receive, free of charge, a printed or electronic copy of future annual reports, please contact Computershare at the details listed above.

How do I buy or sell Tower shares?

To buy or sell shares on the New Zealand or Australian markets, you must do this through a sharebroker. A list of brokers is available on the NZX website and ASX website. 

What classes of shares does Tower have on issue?

Tower has one class of shares, which are fully paid ordinary shares listed on both the NZX and ASX with the ticker code TWR.

How do I find out about dividends?

What is Tower Limited's financial year end?

Tower's year end is 30 September. 

Where can I find Tower's Corporate Governance Statement?

Tower's Corporate Governance Statement is included in the Company's latest annual report and is available to view or download from our 'Financial Reports' page. There is also more information in the 'Corporate Governance' section on our website. 

Can I attend the Annual Shareholder Meeting?

Tower holds its Annual Shareholder Meeting (ASM) every year by 30 March. If you're a shareholder, you're entitled to attend the meeting, and you'll receive a proxy form and notice of meeting in the mail. If you have elected to receive your shareholder correspondence electronically, you'll receive an email from Computershare with the details of the meeting. Tower's ASMs are usually held in Auckland. 

How long has Tower been publicly listed?

Tower Limited became an NZX and ASX listed issuer on 28 September 1999.
