Ways to pay

There are a number of ways to pay so you can choose the option that best works for you.

Make a payment online

You can pay a bill using your Credit Card or Debit Card.

One off payments

Internet Banking

  • Log into your online banking and go into the payment function
  • Select the option to set up a new payment on line then search for TOWER in the payees list. This will likely return an option of TOWER Insurance Limited. Select that option.

It's important that you fill out all the required fields to help us identify your payment, particularly the REFERENCE field. Please use your CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER for the reference. This will normally be found in the top right hand corner of your document and will be an 8 or 10 digit number.

Post Shop

You can pay by Cash or EFTPOS as your local NZ Post Shop. Please note that there is fee charged by Post Shop for processing this payment.

Please take your payment slip with you to make payment. This contains a barcode that is used for processing. If you don’t have this detail please supply your CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER so we can identify your payment.

Mail

You can pay us via cheque. Please ensure any cheque payments are made payable to TOWER Insurance.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 7 business days to receive and process any cheque payment and paying online is much quicker.

When sending your cheque please include your remittance advice/payment slip or alternatively ensure that your CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER is printed on the back of the cheque.
