AirNZ Expo - Be in to WIN 1 of 10 $100 Prezzy® Cards

  1. These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms), Tower's General Promotion Terms and Conditions (available here), and Tower's General Terms (available here) apply to the "AirNZ Expo - Be in to WIN 1 of 10 $100 Prezzy® Cards " Promotion (Promotion).
  2. If this Promotion applies and you are an Eligible Participant, you have been automatically entered into this Promotion and are deemed to have accepted the below terms and conditions. If you wish to be removed from this Promotion, please contact us using any of the options available here.
  3. The Promoter is Tower Limited (Tower, us) at Level 5, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. 
  4. The Promotion begins at 12:00am on Tuesday 13 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on Wednesday 4 June 2025 (Promotion Period).
  5. There are ten prizes to be won for this Promotion and the ten prize winners (Prize Winners) will each receive one Prezzy® Card valued at $100 (Prize).
  6. Eligible Participants will receive one entry during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Terms (i.e., if Tower's Pin the Risk game is played twice, or more, only one entry will be received).
  7. Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion (even if they played Tower's Pin the Risk game more than once).
  8. Subject to these Terms, this Promotion is available to you if:
    1. you are a 'Current Employee' of AirNZ. A 'Current Employee' is any person who is currently employed by AirNZ under a full-time, part-time, or other employment contract; and
    2. you successfully complete the entry mechanics on Tower's Pin the Risk game. 
      (Eligible Participant).
  9. This Promotion does not apply to Tower's employees and their respective immediate families and/or people residing with them.
  10. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
  11. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw by Tower from all valid entries on 11 June 2025 and if required pursuant to clause 12 of these Terms, on the date where any new Prize Winner is selected (Draw Date). The Prize Winner will be notified by Tower by email or phone within 7 working days from the Draw Date.
  12. If, for any reason:
    1. Tower is unable to contact a Prize Winner within 10 working days of the Draw Date; or
    2. the terms of clause 8 are not met.
      Tower reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-draw a new Prize Winner.
  13. Tower will obtain written permission prior to using any Prize Winner's personal information (including their name, photograph, city, and/or town) for marketing and/or publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion. If consent is provided, this information may be published on Tower's website, and/or social media networks, and in communications without compensation. Please refer to Tower's Privacy Policy for more information. 
  14. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram, and you fully release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion. 
  15. Tower reserves the right to:
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period; and/or
    2. change, extend, suspend, terminate, or re-schedule any part or all of the Promotion at any time,
      at its sole discretion. 
  16. Each Prize is subject to Prezzy® Cards terms and conditions found here.
  17. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to the performance of services by Prezzy® Card. 
  18. All entries remain the property of Tower. All personal information will be collected and stored by Tower in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Tower will use the entrants' personal information to conduct the Promotion. Entrants have the right to access and request correction and deletion of personal information held by Tower.
