Coastguard membership promo code

  1. These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms), Tower's General Promotion terms and conditions (available here) and Tower's General Terms (available here), apply to Coastguard's "Eligible Customer Promotion" (Promotion) referred to together as Terms.
  2. Entry into this Promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms.
  3. In these Promotion Terms:
    1. Tower means Tower Limited.
    2. Coastguard means Royal New Zealand Coastguard Incorporated.
  4. This Promotion begins at 12:00am on 1 November 2021 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 June 2025 (Promotion Period).
  5. Subject to the Terms, this Promotion applies to you if you:
    1. are at least 18 years old; and
    2. purchase a Tower Boat insurance policy (Eligible Policy) from Tower during the Promotion Period(Eligible Customer).
  6. If you are an Eligible Customer, you will receive a promotional code or a link to the Coastguard membership form with a promotional code embedded in it (Promo Code) for a one time discount of $30 off an annual Coastguard Individual Membership (whether you are a new or existing Coastguard member) (Discount), which can be purchased online through the Coastguard website or over the phone from Coastguard.
  7. The Discount is applied once against your Coastguard Individual Membership for the first year of your Eligible Policy only and will not be applied to subsequent years upon renewal of your Coastguard membership.
  8. Each Eligible Customer can only receive one Discount per Eligible Policy.
  9. The Discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
  10. By using the Promo Code to purchase an annual Coastguard Individual Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Coastguard's membership terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms or Coastguard's membership terms and conditions, then you must not use the Promo Code.
  11. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, minimum premiums, and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
  12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower Limited and Royal New Zealand Coastguard Incorporated and their applicable related companies and affiliates, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.
  13. Tower expressly disclaims any and all liability in relation to the Coastguard Individual Membership or the performance of services provided by Coastguard.
  14. Tower reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to:
    1. revoke the Promo Code in relation to any customers where it considers the customer has not complied with the Terms; and
    2. vary any of the terms applying to this Promotion at any time or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion without notice.
  15. This Discount is not valid in conjunction with any other Coastguard membership promotion.
  16. The Promoter is Tower Limited trading as Tower.
