Making your claim

1. The fastest way to make a claim with us is by filling in the online form. Please note that because the form is online, we are unable to collect a signature or have receipts attached. If we need either of these for your claim, we will contact you once we have received your claim
2. You can also download the form as a PDF file, print it, fill it in and fax or post it to us. If you complete the PDF claim form, return it to TOWER via:
