Have you had an ‘oh no’ moment? That split second where your stomach turns and you realise that yes, you did just drop your laptop and that crack was, in fact, it breaking.

It generally happens at the most inconvenient time – right before an assignment or work presentation is due or when you’ve been thinking a full back-up is in order but you haven’t quite got around to doing it.
