 Spring Customer Promotion

1. These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms), Tower's General Promotion Terms and Conditions (available here), and Tower's General Terms (available here) apply to the "Spring Customer Promotion" (Promotion).
2. If you are an Eligible Customer (see clause 7), Tower will automatically enter you into the Promotion and you are deemed to have accepted the Terms unless you request otherwise.

Promoter

3. The Promoter is Tower Limited (Tower, us) at Level 5, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

Promotion Period

4. The Promotion begins at 12:00am on Monday 26 August 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on Sunday 3 November 2024 (Promotion Period).

Prize details

5. There are 10 prizes to be won for this Promotion. Eligible Customers will receive one entry per Eligible Policy (see clause 9) held in accordance with these Terms (i.e. hold two Eligible Policies and receive two entries). One entry is available per Eligible Policy, regardless of the number of policy holders listed.
6. Subject to clauses 18 and 19, Prize winners (Prize Winners) will have a choice to receive one of the following two prizes (Prize):
   
   1. Prezzee e-gift card(s) valued at $500; or
   2. Mitre 10 e-gift card(s) valued at $500.

Eligibility

7. Subject to these Terms, this Promotion is available to you, and you will be an eligible customer if:
   
   1. you hold an Eligible Policy (as defined in clause 9) during the Promotion Period;
   2. that Eligible Policy has not been cancelled as at the Draw Date; and
   3. as at the Draw Date, Tower has received all payments due in respect of your premium for such policy,
      
      (Eligible Customer).
8. This Promotion does not apply to the following:
   
   1. Tower's employees and their respective immediate families and/or people residing with them.
   2. Customers participating in the "HOME150 discount" promotion.
9. For the purposes of this Promotion, an Eligible Policy means Tower-branded insurance policies,
   but excludes:
   
   1. Tower Travel and Pet insurance policies;
   2. Trade Me Insurance policies; and/or
   3. any other insurance policies underwritten by Tower's group companies in the Pacific.

Promotion Details

10. Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion (even if they hold more than one Eligible Policy).
11. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
12. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw by Tower from all valid entries on Monday 4 November 2024 (Draw), and if required pursuant to clause 14 of these Terms, on the date where any new Prize Winner is selected (Draw Date). The Prize Winners will be notified by Tower by email or phone within five working days from the Draw Date.
13. The Prize Winners will be asked to provide Tower with their full contact details (including first name, last name, email address, and phone number) and choice of Prize within 10 working days of that Prize Winner being contacted to advise they are a Prize Winner.
14. Tower reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-draw a new Prize Winner if:
    
    1. Tower is unable to contact a Prize Winner within 10 working days of the Prize Winner being drawn; or
    2. the terms of clause 7 are not met.
15. Tower will obtain written permission prior to using any Prize Winners' personal information (including their name, photograph, city, and/or town) for marketing and/or publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion. If consent is provided, this information may be published on Tower's website, and/or social media networks, and in communications. Please refer to Tower's Privacy Policy for more information.
16. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram, and you fully release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion.

General

17. Policy terms, excesses, conditions, exclusions, limits, minimum premiums and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
18. Tower reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
    
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period;
    2. substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value;
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change any other aspect of the Promotion at any time.
19. Each Prize is subject to Prezzee Card or Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited terms and conditions (as applicable).
20. Tower expressly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize.
21. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to the provision of goods or performance of services by Prezzee Card or Mitre 10.
22. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower and its related companies and affiliates, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or cost suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion or accepting the Prize.
