Win 1 of 3 Prezzee Cards promotion – Ray White Concierge

These terms and conditions (Terms), Tower's General Promotion terms and conditions (available here), and Tower's General Terms (available here) apply to the "Win 1 of 3 Prezzee Cards" Promotion (Promotion).

  1. In these Terms, Tower means Tower Limited.
  2. The Promotion commences at 12:00am on 1 June 2024, and ends at 11:59pm on 30 August 2024 (Promotion Period).
  3. To enter this Promotion, you must:
    1. be employed by Ray White Concierge at the date of the monthly prize draw (and not undergoing any disciplinary process);
    2. be one of Tower's Advisers (as defined in clause 4 below); and
    3. make a referral through the approved Tower process (Referral),
      (Eligible Referrer).
  4. For the purposes of this Promotion, an Adviser means any independent adviser registered with Tower as a referring partner who is able to refer to Tower using the approved referral process.
  5. If you are eligible to enter this Promotion as an Eligible Referrer, Tower will automatically enter you into the Promotion unless we receive notification from you that you do not wish to participate in the Promotion.
  6. Each Eligible Referrer will receive one entry into the Draw (as defined in clause 9 below) per Referral in accordance with these Terms. Entries do not roll over from month to month. An entry is ineligible if you are the policy holder (sole or joint) and/or, another Ray White Concierge member of staff is a policy holder (sole or joint).
  7. There are three prizes in total to be won for this Promotion (one per month for each of June, July and August), and each winner of a prize (Prize Winner) will receive a $500 Prezzee Card (Prize). Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion.
  8. Terms and conditions apply to the use of the Prezzee Card, and these can be found here.
  9. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw by Tower from all valid entries (Draw) on the dates below, and if required pursuant to clause 11 of these Terms, on the date where a new Prize Winner is selected (Draw Date):
    1. Draw 1 eligible period runs from 1 June 2024 to 12:00pm on 30 June 2024. The Prize Draw Winner will be drawn on 6 July 2024 and notified within five days.
    2. Draw 2 eligible period runs from 1 July 2024 to 12:00pm on 31 July  2024. The Prize Draw Winner will be drawn on 4 August 2024 and notified within five days.
    3. Draw 3 eligible period runs from 1 August 2024 to 12:00pm on 31 August 2024. The Prize Draw Winner will be drawn on 6 September 2024 and notified within five days.
  10. Tower will contact the Prize Winner via email or phone, notifying the Prize Winner that they have won the Prize. The Prize Winner will be asked to provide Tower with their full name within five days of that Prize Winner being announced via email or over the phone to claim their Prize.
  11. If, for any reason, Tower is unable to contact the Prize Winner within two weeks of the Prize Winner being drawn, Tower reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and/or re-draw a new Prize Winner at any time at its absolute discretion. An additional two-week timeframe will apply if Tower cannot contact the new Prize Winner. 
  12. By claiming a Prize, the Prize Winner grants Tower the right to use their personal information (including their name, photograph, city, and/or town) for marketing and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion in email communications. Please refer to Tower's Privacy Policy for more information. 
  13. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a Prize is not available for any reason, Tower reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value.
  14. Each Prize Winner is responsible for ensuring that they comply with any applicable internal company policies regarding receipt and/or redemption of any Prize.
  15. The Prize is awarded by Tower in its absolute discretion, and any questions or concerns relating to this Promotion, or these Terms are to be addressed to Tower.
  16. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept any liability in relation to the provision of goods and performance of services by Prezzee Limited. 
  17. By entering this Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
