View billing information, make payments and submit your claims online.
 

Start using My Tower

It’s easy to register. Simply sign up using the same name and email address on your policy and create a password.

If you are a director of a company or a main trustee of a trust, use your personal name as director or trustee.

You’ll receive a verification email to confirm everything, and then you’re good to go.

Can't find your policy in My Tower?

If you log in and notice that some of your policies aren't in My Tower yet, don't worry! You’ll be able to see them in My Tower as soon as they renew this year (2020).

Unfortunately My Tower won't display your policy if it falls into one of these categories:

  • Lifestyle block and farm policies
  • Business policies, or
  • Your policy was set up through one of our banking partners.

Q: When can I start using My Tower?

A: All Tower customers will be able to register and create a My Tower account. But because My Tower is brand new not all the features will be available for everybody just yet.

Just joined us?

If you’ve just joined Tower you’ll be able to use My Tower to view the details of the policy you just bought, download your policy documents, and make a claim.

Already a Tower customer?

If you’re an existing Tower customer, you’ll be able to access all these great My Tower features after your 2020 renewal date. Until then, you’ll still be able to see basic details about your policies, including when your policy renews.

Q: How do I register for My Tower?

A: Go to the My Tower registration page and sign up using the same name and email address on your policy documents and create a password.

If you are a director of a company or a main trustee of a trust, use your name as it appears on the insurance certificate.

You’ll receive a verification email to confirm everything, and then you’re good to go.
Q: Can I use My Tower to start making changes to my policy?

A:  Yes - you can update your excess and sum insured values already through My Tower, and we'll be launching new features to give you even more control over your cover in the coming months. Stay tuned for updates.
