Start using My Tower

It’s easy to register. Simply sign up using the email address on your policy and create a password.

You’ll receive a verification email to confirm everything, and then you’re good to go.

FAQs

When can I start using My Tower?

All Tower customers will be able to register and create a My Tower account. But because My Tower is brand new not all the features will be available for everybody just yet.

Just joined us?

If you’ve just joined Tower you’ll be able to use My Tower to view the details of the policy you just bought, download your policy documents, and make a claim.

Already a Tower customer?

If you’re an existing Tower customer, you’ll be able to access all these great My Tower features after your 2020 renewal date. Until then, you’ll still be able to see basic details about your policies, including when your policy renews

Can I use My Tower to make changes to my policy?

Not just yet. But there’s a lot more on the way. We’re aiming to launch new features that will give you more control over your cover in the coming months, so stay tuned for updates.

For now, you can request changes by chatting to us online or submitting your request through My Tower and we’ll sort it for you.
