Tower Trivia - Be in to win a $1,000 Prezzy Card Promotion

  1. These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms) apply to the "Tower Trivia - Be in to win a $1,000 Prezzy Card” promotion (Promotion)
  2. The Promoter is Tower Limited (Tower) of Level 5, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
  3. By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms.
  4. The Promotion commences at 12:00am Wednesday 2 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm Friday 30 October 2026 (Promotion Period).

Entry

  1. Subject to these Terms, entry into a Draw is open to you if:
    1. you hold an active Tower branded insurance policy underwritten by Tower (Eligible Policy) during the Promotion Period; and
    2. that Eligible Policy is still in force on the Draw Date (see clause 10 below); and
    3. by the Draw Date, Tower has received all payments due in respect of your premium for such policy, either:
      1. in full for an annual payment; or
      2. at least the first instalment and any subsequent payments due if your payment method is by instalments; and
    4. you have received the relevant Tower Trivia promotion email from Tower,

(Eligible Customer).

  1. The Promotion will consist of three separate draws (each, a Draw). Tower will send three separate Tower Trivia promotion emails during the Promotion Period (each, an Email), and each Email will relate to a separate Draw. If you are an Eligible Customer, you can enter a Draw by submitting an answer to the quiz question, once only, in the relevant Email during the Promotion Period as follows:
    1. if you answer the quiz question in the first Email, you will receive one entry only into the first Draw;
    2. if you answer the quiz question in the second Email, you will receive one entry only into the second Draw; and
    3. if you answer the quiz question in the third Email, you will receive one entry only into the third Draw.
  1. This Promotion does not apply to the following:
    1. Tower or Allianz employees.
    2. Trade Me Insurance or Westpac Insurance policy holders.
    3. Policies underwritten by Tower's group companies in the Pacific.

Prize

  1. There are three prizes to be won, one for each Draw. Each prize is a Prezzy Card valued at $1,000 (Prize), and each winner is a Prize Winner.
  2. Each Eligible Customer can only enter each Draw once and each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion.
  3. Each Prize Winner will be determined by random draw by Tower from all valid entries received for the relevant Draw. All three Draws will take place on Tuesday 3 November 2026 (Draw Date).
  4. Each Prize Winner will be notified by Tower by email or phone within 10 working days from the Draw Date.
  5. Tower will make three reasonable attempts to contact each Prize Winner and the Prize Winner will be asked to provide Tower with their full contact details (including full name, phone number and address) within 10 working days of the Prize Winner being notified.
  6. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  7. If, for any reason:
    1. Tower is unable to contact a Prize Winner or doesn't receive the requested details within 10 working days of the Prize Winner being notified; or
    2. these Promotion Terms are not met,

    Tower reserves the right to withdraw any Prize and/or redraw a new Prize Winner.

  8. Tower will obtain written permission prior to using the Prize Winner's personal information for marketing and/or publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion. If consent is provided, this information may be published on Tower's website, and/or social media networks, and in communications without compensation.
  9. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram and you fully release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion.
  10. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
  11. Tower reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period;
    2. substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value;
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change extend, suspend, terminate, or re-schedule any part or all of the Promotion at any time
  12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower and its related companies, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion or accepting the Prize.
  13. Each Prize is subject to Prezzy Card terms and conditions found here.
  14. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize, including in relation to the expiry date.
  15. All entries remain the property of Tower. Tower will collect, hold, and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (as amended, replaced, or supplemented from time to time) (Privacy Act) and our Privacy Statement.
  16. In accordance with the Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information held by Tower.
  17. These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
