2MONTHS discount

If you are eligible for this Promotion, this Discount will be deducted from the first year's Tower Premium. If you pay in instalments, the Discount will be spread proportionally across the instalments.

  1. These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms), and Tower's General Promotional terms and conditions (available here), and Tower's Privacy Statement (available here), apply to the "2MONTH discount" Promotion (Promotion), referred to together as 'Terms'.
  2. The Promoter is Tower Limited (Tower) of Level 5, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
  3. In these Terms, Tower Premium means the price Tower charges you for your policy/policies before we add any taxes, levies and other amounts payable to third parties (including GST and Fire and Emergency levy).
  4. The Promotion commences at 12:00am Sunday 28 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm Saturday 19 September 2026 (Promotion Period).
  5. Subject to these Terms, this Promotion applies to you if you use the promo code '2MONTHS' (Promo Code):
    1. when you purchase any Eligible Policy (as defined in clause 7 below) online during the Promotion Period; or
    2. when you save an online quote for an Eligible Policy during the Promotion Period and purchase the policy online within 30 days after the expiry of the Promotion Period;
    3. and the period of insurance for the Eligible Policy purchased under this Promotion begins within 49 days of the purchase date.
  6. This Promotion does not apply to the following:
    1. Tower's employees.
    2. Customers who purchase Tower policies via CSC Buying Group.
    3. Customers who receive a discount on Tower policies via an arrangement between Tower and their employer.
    4. Trade Me Insurance policies.
    5. Westpac Insurance policies.
    6. Customers who purchase Tower policies via HealthCarePlus.
    7. Policies underwritten by Tower's group companies in the Pacific.
  7. For the purposes of this Promotion, an Eligible Policy means the following new Tower-branded policies:
      1. Car insurance Comprehensive cover; and
      2. Commercial vehicle insurance Comprehensive cover.
      3. If you have insured the same asset with Tower in the three months immediately before the Promotion Period, then any new replacement policy will not be eligible.
  8. If this Promotion applies, then a one-off discount of two months of the Tower Premium will be deducted from the first year's Tower Premium for each Eligible Policy purchased (Discount).
  9. If you pay your first year's premium for an Eligible Policy in instalments, the Discount will be spread across the instalments.
  10. If an Eligible Policy does not run for the full annual policy period (for example, if there is a mid-term cancellation), the Discount applied will be pro-rated to the length of the Eligible Policy.
  11. For the Discount to be applied to online purchases, you must enter the Promo Code correctly (i.e. exact spelling and no spaces).
  12. At our discretion we may make the Discount available over the phone to customers who are unable to purchase an Eligible Policy online. For purchases over the phone, you must ensure you use the Promo Code at the time.
  13. If you have saved a quote, but not completed the purchase prior to commencement of the Promotion Period, this Promotion will not automatically apply to that saved quote.
  14. The Promo Code must only be used once per Eligible Policy.
  15. The Discount will not apply to any renewal of the Eligible Policy. The premium for renewal of an Eligible Policy will be assessed and set at the prevailing premium at the time of each such renewal.
  16. Unless Tower advises otherwise, the Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  17. The Discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
  18. The Discount will be deducted from the Tower Premium. The Fire and Emergency levy and GST will then be added resulting in the total billable premium on each Eligible Policy.
  19. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
  20. By purchasing any Eligible Policy using the Promo Code during the Promotion Period, you are bound by these Terms.
  21. Tower reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
    1. change or revoke the Discount to ensure that the Discount applied is correct for the purposes of these Terms;
    2. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period;
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change any other aspect of the Promotion at any time.
  22. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram and you fully release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion.
