Turners Service & Repairs discount promotion terms

  1. These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms), and Tower's Privacy Statement apply to the "Turners Service & Repairs service discount" promotion (Promotion), referred to together as 'Terms'.
  2. In these Promotion Terms, Tower means Tower Limited (Tower), at times referred to as "we" and "us".
  3. By participating in the Promotion and/or taking out a policy to be eligible for the Promotion, you are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms.
  4. The Promotion commences at 12:00am 6 July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm 5 January 2027.
  5. Subject to these Promotion Terms, the Promotion is open to Tower customers with an Eligible Policy (Eligible Customer).
  6. For the purposes of this Promotion, an Eligible Policy means the following Tower-branded policies:
      1. Car (Comprehensive, Third Party Fire and Theft and/or Third Party only policies);
      2. With a risk address in the Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga or Wellington regions.
  7. But excludes all of the following:
    1. any other insurance policies underwritten by Tower, including Commercial Vehicle (Comprehensive and/or Third Party only policies), Motorbike, Motorhome, Caravan, and/or Trailer policies.
  8. If you are an Eligible Customer, then you will be sent a one-off discount code for 25% discount off the standard full price of a Comprehensive or Basic service with My Auto Shop Ltd trading as Turners Service & Repairs (Turners Service & Repairs Discount).
  9. The Turners Service & Repairs Discount is valid for 12 months from the date of receipt of the email from Tower.
  10. The Turners Service & Repairs Discount can only be used where Turners Service & Repairs operate remote services in the Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington regions. 
  11. My Auto Shop terms and conditions apply to the use of the Turners Service & Repairs Discount Terms and Conditions.
  12. The Turners Service & Repairs Discount cannot be used with all vehicle makes and models. List of included vehicles. For more information on vehicle exclusion please contact Turners Service & Repairs. Contact us.
  13. The Turners Service & Repairs Discount must only be used once per Eligible Policy.
  14. Unless Tower advises otherwise, Turners Service & Repair Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  15. The Turners Service & Repairs Discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
  16. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
  17. Information on how to participate in the Promotion, including any instructions in Tower advertisements, printed material, social media, or websites, form part of the terms and conditions for this Promotion. To the extent of any inconsistency in the information in any advertisements, printed material, or websites, these Promotion Terms will prevail.
  18. Tower will collect, hold, and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (as amended, replaced, or supplemented from time to time) (Privacy Act) and our Privacy Statement.
  19. In accordance with the Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to and correct of your personal information held by Tower.
  20. From time to time, Tower may also use your information to provide you with communications for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive such communications, please let us know at any time by calling Tower on 0800 379 372 or by emailing unsubscribe@tower.co.nz.
  21. All decisions made by Tower are final with respect to all matters relating to the Promotion, and no further correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
  22. Tower reserves the right to change these Promotion Terms and/or suspend or cancel or extend the Promotion at any time.
  23. Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, Tower will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability, or injury suffered by any person in any way associated with the Promotion.
  24. The Promotion is bound by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
