CCEP staff discount

  1. These terms and conditions (Offer Terms) and Tower's Privacy Statement (available here), apply to the "Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Ltd (CCEP)" offer (Offer).
  2. In these Offer Terms:
    1. Tower means Tower Limited.
    2. Tower Premium means the base premium, being the amount of premium we charge you for your policy/policies before we add any taxes, levies and other amounts payable to third parties (including GST, Fire and Emergency levies, and Natural Hazards Commission levies).
    3. CCEP means Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Ltd.
  1. Subject to these Offer Terms, this Offer applies and you will be an eligible customer if you (Eligible Customer):
    1. permanently reside in New Zealand;
    2. are a 'Current Employee' of CCEP. A 'Current Employee' is any person who is currently employed by CCEP under a full-time, part-time, or other employment contract; and
    3. purchase an Eligible Policy (as defined in clause 6 of these Offer Terms) from Tower through your CCEP Tower portal.
  2. If you are an Eligible Customer, then a discount of up to 10% will be deducted from the annual Tower Premium for each Eligible Policy purchased for one year (see clause 8 of these Offer Terms). The Discount does not apply to taxes or levies.
  3. The Discount may be renewed after each one year term, provided that you continue to be an Eligible Customer. Upon request, the Discount can be applied to existing Eligible Policies, however, the Discount will only be effective from the next renewal date of any Existing Policy.
  4. For the purposes of this Offer, an Eligible Policy means the following Tower policies acquired via your organisation's unique online quote portal or directly from Tower via a phone call referencing the Tower CCEP discount:
    1. Standard, Plus, Premium, and Landlord's Plus House Insurance;
    2. Standard, Plus, and Premium Contents Insurance;
    3. Comprehensive, Third Party, Fire and Theft, and Third Party Car Insurance;
    4. Comprehensive Boat Insurance;
    5. Comprehensive and Third party only Commercial Vehicle Insurance;
    6. Comprehensive and Third Party, Fire and Theft, Motorbike Insurance;
    7. Contract Works - Renovation cover policies;

but excludes:

    1. Comprehensive and Third Party, Fire and Theft, Motorhome Insurance;
    2. Caravan Insurance;
    3. Lifestyle block and farm insurance policies; and
    4. any other insurance policies underwritten by Tower.
  1. The Discount may be subject to change at any time at Tower's sole discretion.
  2. If an Eligible Policy does not run for a full 12-month policy period, the Discount applied will be pro-rated to the period for which the policy was active.
  3. Unless Tower advises otherwise, the Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion. If applicable, the Discount may be applied after any other discounts have been applied.
  4. The Discount cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
  5. You are deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms by purchasing a new Eligible Policy in accordance with these Offer Terms.
  6. Tower policy excesses, terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all Eligible Policies.
  7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower Limited and CCEP and their applicable related companies and affiliates, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Offer.
  8. Tower reserves the right to, at its absolute discretion:
    1. revoke the Offer in relation to any customers where it considers they have not complied with the Offer Terms; and
    2. vary any of the terms applying to this Offer at any time or to modify, extend, terminate or suspend this Offer without notice.
  9.  This Promotion is bound by New Zealand law, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
