  1. These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms) apply to the " Be in to win 1 of 5 $1,000 Canopy Camping vouchers” promotion (Promotion).
  2. The Promoter is Tower Limited (Tower) of Level 5, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
  3. By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms.
  4. The Promotion commences at 8:00am Tuesday 15 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm Saturday 10 October 2026 (Promotion Period).

Entry

  1. Subject to these Terms, this Promotion is open to you if (Eligible Customer):
    1. you are a 'Kiwibank Employee'. A 'Kiwibank Employee' is any person who is currently employed by Kiwibank under a full-time, part-time, or other employment contract; and
    2. you are a 'Love Your Perks Member'. For the purposes of these Terms, a 'Love Your Perks Member' is any person who is eligible to obtain benefits under Kiwibank’s ‘Love Your Perks’ scheme; and
    3. you hold an Eligible Policy (see clause 6 below) during the Promotion Period; and
    4. that Eligible Policy is still in force on the Draw Date (see clause 10 below);
    5. by the Draw Date, Tower has received all payments due in respect of your premium for such policy, either:
      1. in full for an annual payment; or
      2. at least the first instalment and any subsequent payments due if your payment method is by instalments.
  1. For the purposes of this Promotion, an 'Eligible Policy' means the following Tower policies acquired via Kiwibank's Love Your Perks unique online quote portal, or directly from Tower via a phone call quoting the ‘Love Your Perks’ scheme:
    1. Standard, Plus, Premium, and Landlord's Plus House Insurance;
    2. Standard, Plus, and Premium Contents Insurance;
    3. Comprehensive, Third Party, Fire and Theft, and Third Party Car Insurance;
    4. Comprehensive and Third party only Commercial Vehicle Insurance;
    5. Tower Boat insurance policies;
    6. Tower Travel insurance policies;
    7. Tower Pet insurance policies;
    8. Comprehensive and Third Party, Fire and Theft, Motorbike Insurance;
    9. Comprehensive and Third Party, Fire and Theft, Motorhome Insurance;
    10. Caravan and trailer Insurance
  1. but excludes:
    1. Contract Works - Renovation cover policies;
    2. Lifestyle block and farm insurance policies; and
    3. any other insurance policies underwritten by Tower.
  2. Eligible Customers will receive one entry per Eligible Policy purchased in accordance with these Promotion Terms (i.e., purchase two Eligible Policies and receive two entries).

Prize and draw

  1. There are five prizes to be won for this Promotion and the five winners (Prize Winners) will each receive a Canopy Camping Voucher valued at $1,000 (Prize).
  2. Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion (even if they hold more than one Eligible Policy).
  3. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw by Tower from all valid entries on Monday 16 November 2026 (Draw Date). The Prize Winners will be notified by Tower by email or phone within seven working days from the Draw Date.
  4. Tower will make three reasonable attempts to contact each Prize Winner and the Prize Winner will be asked to provide Tower with their full name and phone number within 10 working days of the Prize Winner being notified.
  5. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  6. If, for any reason:
    1. Tower is unable to contact a Prize Winner or doesn't receive the requested contact details within 10 working days of the Prize Winner being notified; or
    2. these Promotion Terms are not met,

Tower reserves the right to withdraw any Prize and/or redraw a new Prize Winner.

  1. Tower will obtain written permission prior to using the Prize Winner's personal information for marketing and/or publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion. If consent is provided, this information may be published on Tower's website, and/or social media networks, and in communications without compensation.
  2. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram and you fully release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion.
  3. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
  4. Tower reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period;
    2. substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value;
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change extend, suspend, terminate, or re-schedule any part or all of the Promotion at any time.
  5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower and its related companies, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion or accepting the Prize.
  6. Each Prize is subject to the Canopy Camping terms and conditions found here.
  7. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize, including in relation to the expiry date.
  8. All entries remain the property of Tower. Tower will collect, hold, and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (as amended, replaced, or supplemented from time to time) (Privacy Act) and our Privacy Statement.
  9. In accordance with the Privacy Act, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information held by Tower.
  10. These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
