Be in to win a $250 Fuel or Supermarket voucher

1. These terms and conditions (Terms), Tower's General Promotion Terms and Conditions (available here) and Tower’s General Terms (available here), apply to the "Be in to win a $250 Fuel or Supermarket Voucher Promotion" (Promotion), referred to together as ‘Terms’.
2. By purchasing an Eligible Policy, you have been automatically entered into this Promotion and are deemed to have accepted the below terms and conditions. If you wish to be removed from this Promotion, please contact us using any of the options available here.
3. In these Terms:
   
   1. Tower means Tower Limited; and
   2. Allianz Partners means AWP Services New Zealand Limited trading as Allianz Partners.
4. The Promotion begins at 12:00am Tuesday 1 April 2025 and ends at 11:59pm Monday 30 June 2025 (Promotion Period).
5. The Promotion will consist of 30 separate draws (each, a Draw) with draw periods as follows:
   
   1. Entries to the first Draw will open at 12:00am on 1 April 2025 and close at 11:59pm on 30 April 2025.
   2. Entries to the second Draw will open at 12:00am on 1 May 2025 and close at 11:59pm on 31 May 2025.
   3. Entries to the third Draw will open at 12:00am on 1 June 2025 and close at 11:59pm on 30 June 2025.(each, a Draw Period).
6. There are 30 prizes to be won for this Promotion in total, made up of 10 prizes in respect of each Draw Period. The thirty winners will each receive one Prize in respect of this Promotion (each, a Prize Winner). Eligible Customers (see clause 8 below) will receive one entry during the Promotion Period per Eligible Policy (i.e., hold two Eligible Policies and receive two entries).
7. Prize Winners will receive one $250 voucher (including any fees and/or GST) of their choice from one of the following five retailers:
   
   1. Motor Trade Association; or
   2. Woolworths New Zealand; or
   3. FreshChoice; or
   4. PAK’n’SAVE; or
   5. New World.(Prize).
8. Subject to these Terms, entry into a Draw is open to you if:
   
   1. you hold an Eligible Policy (see clause 9 below) with Tower during the period of that Draw; and
   2. that Eligible Policy is still in force on the relevant Draw Date (see clause 18 below); and
   3. by the relevant Draw Date:
      
      1. Tower has received all payments due in respect of your premium for an Eligible Policy, either:
         
         1. in full for an annual payment; or
         2. at least the first instalment and any subsequent payments due if your payment method is by instalments.
            Or
      2. Allianz Partners has received payment of your premium on behalf of Tower for an Eligible Policy in full at the relevant Draw Date.
         (Eligible Customer).
9. For the purposes of this Promotion, an Eligible Policy means any Tower-branded policies but excludes any policy which has the SAVE75 promo code applied to it.
10. Tower travel insurance and Tower pet insurance is issued and managed by Allianz Partners and underwritten by Tower.
11. This Promotion does not apply to the following:
    
    1. Tower’s employees.
    2. Allianz Partners employees.
    3. Trade Me Insurance policies.
    4. Policies underwritten by Tower's group companies in the Pacific.
12. Unless Tower advises otherwise, this Promotion can be participated in along with any other Tower offer, discount, or promotion.
13. Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion.
14. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

16. Tower and Allianz Partners expressly disclaim and do not accept liability in relation to any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize, including in relation to the expiry date.
17. Tower and Allianz Partners expressly disclaim and do not accept liability in relation to the performance of services by the Prize Winner's chosen retailer.
18. Each Prize Winner will be determined by a random draw by Tower from all valid entries received in the relevant Draw Period and, if required, on the date which any new Prize Winner is selected. Tower will make a random draw as follows:
    
    1. In the case of the first Draw that opens at 12:00am on 1 April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 April 2025, the draw will take place on 1 May 2025.
    2. In the case of the second Draw that opens at 12:00am on 1 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 May 2025, the draw will take place on 3 June 2025.
    3. In the case of the third Draw that opens at 12:00am on 1 June 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 June 2025, the draw will take place on 1 July 2025.

19. The Prize Winners will be notified by Tower by phone or email within two working days of the relevant Draw Date.
20. Each Prize Winner will be asked to provide Tower with their contact details (including first name, last name, email address, phone number, and address) within 10 working days of that Prize Winner being contacted by Tower to advise that they are a Prize Winner. Each Prize Winner will be sent their Prize by courier.
21. Tower reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-draw a new Prize Winner if:
    
    1. Tower is unable to contact a Prize Winner within 10 working days of the Prize Winner being drawn; or
    2. the terms of clause 8 are not met.
22. Tower will obtain written permission prior to using any Prize Winners’ personal information (including their name, city or town) for marketing and/or publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion.  If consent is provided, this information may be published on Tower’s website and/or social media networks, and in communications. Please refer to Tower’s Privacy Policy for more information.
23. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram and you fully release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion.
24. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, sub-limits and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
25. Tower reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:
    
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period;
    2. substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value;
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change any aspect of the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
26. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower Limited and Allianz Partners and their related companies, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion or accepting a Prize.
27. All entries remain the property of Tower. All personal information will be collected and stored by Tower in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Tower will use the entrants' personal information to conduct the Promotion. Entrants have the right to access and request correction and deletion of personal information held by Tower.
